Products/Specification:
A prestigious commercial development, set in the heart of Blackfriars, Valentine Place made extensive use of Unitised Fabrications purpose-built production line. The specification called for Schuco USC 65F beaded unitised curtain walling, in a high-quality blue-grey anodised finish.

An interesting feature of this project is the bespoke anodised feature fins that are fitted flush to the unitised curtain wall to give the impression of a seamless production from the main facade.

Additional elements supplied included glazed pavement lights, pre-cast concrete cladding and an automatic clam-shell entrance door.
