Queens Meadow Industrial Estate is located within Hartlepool, a district of County Durham with a population of c. 92,000 people. Hartlepool forms part of the Tees Valley alongside Darlington, Middlesbrough, Redcar, Cleveland and Stockton-on-Tees with a combined population of c. 700,000 people.
